Official Rules
Transparency, fairness, and a clear process for every participant.
A. Rules and Conditions of Participation
These participation conditions govern your involvement in the LGAMING AWARDS competition. By taking part in the LGAMING AWARDS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms.
Participation in the LGAMING AWARDS constitutes full and complete acceptance of these rules. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are simply advised not to participate in the LGAMING AWARDS.
The Terms may be summarized (or partially reproduced) on our website or through our communication channels (social media, email, etc.). If such versions are provided, they are for informational purposes only — the full Terms remain the only legally binding reference.
To participate in the LGAMING AWARDS, you must complete the form available on our website (insert form link). The participant is the person whose name appears on the form, and the prize will be awarded exclusively to that person if selected and designated as a winner.
By participating in the LGAMING AWARDS, the winner authorizes the organizers and their partners to use, if necessary, their name, logo, image, videos, and statements related to the award, at their full discretion and without any time limitation, across all media, both nationally and internationally, for any relevant purpose.
Personal data collected in connection with the competition will be used exclusively for managing the LGAMING AWARDS and validating applications. This data is intended solely for the organizing company within the scope of the competition and will not be used for any other purpose or transmitted to third parties, unless prior consent is obtained from the participants.
B. Application Validation
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify or cancel one or more categories if the submissions do not meet the criteria established by the LGaming Awards.
The committee also reserves the right to reassign a candidate to another category. If this occurs, the candidates concerned will be notified.
All nominations submitted via the online form available on the website (nominations link) are considered final and definitive. No changes or updates can be made once the form has been submitted. Nominees will therefore no longer be able to correct or have corrected the information provided to the organizing committee.
Each application will be verified by the LGaming Awards organizing committee. Any application deemed to be in accordance with the relevant category, complete, submitted within the deadline, and containing relevant answers to the questions on the form will be validated and will entitle the candidate to proceed to the voting stage.
The files of the selected candidates will be sent to the organizing company and to the LGaming Awards jury, if applicable, for technical reasons related to the organization of the voting process.
C. Announcement of LGaming Awards winners
The LGaming Awards winners will be selected in two distinct phases:
⇒ Categories open to public voting:
Male Streamer, Female Streamer, Content Creator, Host/Caster, Esports Player, and Esports Team.
The shortlisted candidates in the above categories will be subject to a voting process as described in these rules, comprising:
A first stage to select the five finalists for each category;
A second stage to choose the LGaming Awards winners from among the finalists.
C.1 – Selection of the 5 finalists for each category
The shortlisted candidates will be put to a public vote to determine the finalists in each category.
The ranking of the candidates will be based on the total number of votes received by each, according to the procedures specified below.
C.1.1 – Public vote
During the voting phase, internet users will be invited to express their choice. Votes will be collected and tallied via a platform provided by the organizing company.
The opening and closing dates of voting will be announced on the official LGaming Awards website.
It is strictly forbidden for any candidate, during the entire nomination and voting period, to offer gifts, benefits, or compensation in exchange for votes (giveaways), or to damage the reputation of another candidate, the jury committee, the organizing company, or our partners. It is strictly forbidden for any candidate to contact, directly or indirectly, one or more members of the jury, regardless of the means of communication used or the reason given. Any such attempt will be considered an attempt to influence the evaluation process and may result in the immediate disqualification of the candidate concerned. Any violation may result in sanctions ranging from a simple warning to the removal of the votes in question, or even disqualification.
C.1.2 – Calculation of Public Votes
During the first phase, online votes will generate a ranking as follows:
Each candidate will be awarded a score based on the number of votes received:
- 5 points for the top-ranked candidate,
- 4 points for the second-ranked candidate,
- 3 points for the third-ranked candidate,
- 2 points for the fourth-ranked candidate,
- 1 point for the fifth-ranked candidate.
The five candidates with the highest scores will be designated as finalists in their respective categories.
In the event of a tie for fifth place, all tied candidates will be considered finalists.
C.2 – Selection of the 5 LGaming Awards Winners
Once the finalists have been selected, the jury members will be invited to vote to choose the winners in each category from among the finalists.
The jury is composed of influential figures in the Moroccan gaming scene (professionals, developers, entrepreneurs, content creators, etc.).
C.2.1 – Jury Vote
The jury votes will be collected and tallied via the LGaming Awards platform, according to the procedures detailed in section C.2.2.

C.2.2 – Jury Vote Process
Each jury member will be asked to award a score to one or more finalists in each category, except for categories where there might be a conflict of interest.
The scores awarded by the jury members will be added to the points from the public vote (in accordance with section C.1.2) to obtain a final score for each candidate.
The candidates will then be ranked from 1 to 5 based on their total points.
